IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.
In order to transfer copyright, authors of the accepted papers will be requested to use the IEEE Electronic Copyright site link to which will be provided to them in the paper acceptance notification letter.
All final submissions must fully comply with the IEEE conference format. The authors of accepted papers will be requested to use the IEEE PDF eXpress check to make sure of that compatibility. Accepted papers that fail that check, or exceed the referred submission page limits, will not be included in the IEEE eXplore database.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
First-time users should do the following:
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
